entertainment, with an ocean view. This resort is located right on Medano Beach, just a block from the marina. Luxury villas with views of the bay and the Land's End rock formations. Each unit is air conditioned with a full kitchen. Close to downtown, restaurants, shopping, watersports, fishing and other activities. Cabo Villas Resort's newest tower consists of custom designed condominium suites, a rooftop jacuzzi, and full resort amenities. The new addition adds to the already famous ambiance of privacy, luxury and hospitality. All units have at least a partial ocean view, and come with air conditioning, toaster, blender, coffee-maker, microwave, kitchen utensils, iron, hair-dryer, safe deposit box, satellite TV, telephone in room and internet connection.
The two bedroom unit is a lock-off unit,
meaning it is really two one bedroom deluxe units with a connecting doorway. We can
rent the one-bedroom unit alone if that is all you need.
The one bedroom suites come in several different versions.
The Deluxe is an ocean front unit with a balcony. Equipped with a king-size bed in the bedroom, a queen-size sofa bed, living room with television, dining room, full bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator. Max. 4 people.
The Executive is also an Ocean front unit with a terrace, a king-size bed in the bedroom, a queen-size sofa bed, separate living room with television, dining room, full bathroom with bathtub and additional bathroom with shower, kitchen, refrigerator. Max. 4 people.
The resort has recently added a newer section, and we offer an Executive Suite here with ocean view facing the pool. It has one king-size bed, one queen-size sofa in the living room, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, mini refrigerator. Max. 4 people.
